Recruit.Net said in a statement that it will enter India through its own wholly-owned subsidiary and will invest directly in setting up offices in India. Currently over two million jobs across Asia are listed in Recruit.net encompassing most of the hot Asian job markets of which two lakhs of jobs are from India, Recruit.net said.

“With the explosion in jobs and job portals, India is in dire need of consolidation to enable the job seeker to get to his dream job in one click. Currently he has to wade through multiple portals or destinations. The consolidation offers a powerful benefit for employers as the probability of the right candidate looking at their requirements is higher,” said Maneck Mohan, founder, Recruit.net Ltd.

Recruit.net has partnered with U.S-based Direct Employees Association and CSDN, the largest Chinese Speaking IT Professional community in China and see many synergies with India’s IT work force.
