TORONTO, CANADA: Really Simple Systems,the largest UK vendor of web customer relationship management systems (CRM) and winner of the 2008 Software Satisfaction Award for the best Small Business CRM system, has opened an office in Toronto to contend with the US and Canadian market for on demand simple CRM.
Specialising in providing simple CRM to small and medium sized organisations (SMBs), Really Simple Systems hosted CRM system is aimed at businesses with between five and 200 people who want a straightforward hosted CRM system for sales, marketing and support. The web customer relationship management system model is particularly suitable as on demand simple CRM for companies with multiple locations and sales people who work remotely or at home.
The office is a joint venture between Really Simple Systems hosted CRM system and 4Growth Inc., a Toronto-based business management and Software as a Service (SaaS) distribution company specialising in SaaS solutions for SMBs and large enterprises.
Steve Bielawski, managing partner, 4Growth Inc., will head up the new operation offering simple CRM in North America. "Small businesses in the US and Canada are moving to SaaS applications," comments Steve, "They are attracted by the low cost of ownership and fast implementation, but they also want low complexity and solution flexibility. Really Simple Systems web customer relationship management will be building a channel program in North America based around technology distribution and publishing companies, industry associations and conventional CRM resellers. Partners will gain an annuity revenue stream over the lifetime of their customers.
