NEW DELHI, INDIA: Reliance Communications, India's second-biggest telecoms firm, said it exited the wireless broadband spectrum auction a week back as bid prices significantly exceeded its business case estimates.

The company would focus on wireless broadband through its CDMA network and the 3G spectrum it had won in a recent auction, a company representative said in a statement.
