RCom sees fiscal 2012 capex at $333mn

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Reliance Communications, India's second-biggest mobile carrier by subscribers, has earmarked 15 billion rupees ($333 million) in capital expenditure for the fiscal year that started on April 1, said Syed Safawi, head of its wireless business.

The company, controlled by billionaire Anil Ambani, earlier reported a bigger-than-expected 86 per cent drop in quarterly profit, its seventh straight quarter of profit fall, as its heavy debt continued to weigh.
