Rational launches new biz alliance program

BANGALORE: Rational Software has announced the introduction of the new Rational Business Alliance Program (RBAP), which would empower Rational and its partners to more keenly focus on the success and satisfaction of mutual customers.

RBAP, which would replace the Rational Unified Partner Program, includes more than 500 organizations that either extend Rational’s software solutions or provide targeted services to help customers get the most out of Rational solutions. Within RBAP, Technology Alliances provide a special product integration or add-in that extends and increases the value of Rational Solutions.

RBAP would benefit customers by offering detailed information on the value provided by each alliance member. Alliance members are rated on their successful service engagements and/or customer references, and then are identified as Field Tested, Silver or Gold, stamps of approval for the Rational customer community.

Rational offers customers a searchable database of alliance members that enables them to easily choose among these trusted, proven partners for a solution that will best suit their needs.
