It also provides security features that reduce an organization's vulnerability to intrusion. The company has also unveiled a new Service Management Architecture to deliver more powerful management capabilities by integrating IT monitoring tools with out-of-band and in-band remote access solutions.

According to a Raritan statement, the new CC-NOC appliance provides current information on network and systems performance, hardware and software assets, as well as security vulnerabilities.

The multi-function appliance addresses the key IT infrastructure and security management needs of mid-market companies, helping them to improve service levels and gain staff efficiencies.

"Raritan is the first company to integrate IT monitoring and management capabilities with instant, remote access to IT equipment through KVM- (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) and serial-over-IP solutions," said Sev Onyshkevych, Raritan's Marketing VP.

The company added that the plug-and-play CC-NOC appliances are available worldwide. CC-NOC is available in three models to meet the needs of organizations with less than 100 employees to businesses with 2,500 employees.
