Ramesh Gudalur joins MphasiS as President, BPO

MUMBAI, INDIA: MphasiS, an EDS Company, has announced that Cognizant executive Ramesh Gudalur joins as President - BPO & a member of the Executive Leadership Team of the Company. The BPO solutions and services is a key part of MphasiS holistic Technology and Outsourcing offerings with a portfolio of   high-end voice, non-voice & KPO capabilities, marquee clients and a large workforce.

In his new role, Ramesh Gudalur will lead BPO globally, developing aggressive strategies to boost growth, add differential value to clients and deliver professional growth to associates. Ramesh, will report to Jeya Kumar, CEO.

Ramesh comes from Cognizant as Head of their BPO, where he played a key role in launching and developing their BPO services. Ramesh brings with him over 20 years of experience in BPO & KPO services, Financial Services and Credit Cards Banking. Besides Cognizant, he has held key roles at GE, SRF Group, GENPACT, TCS BPO and ICICI OneSource. Ramesh has worked across geographies in the USA, UK and India. Ramesh holds a MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and was also 6 Sigma Leader at GE Capital.
