Ramesh Gudalur to head MphasiS BPO

BANGALORE, INDIA: MphasiS, an EDS company, has announced the appointment of Ramesh Gudalur as president - BPO and a member of the Executive Leadership Team of the company.

In his new role, Gudalur will lead BPO globally, developing aggressive strategies to boost growth, add differential value to clients and deliver professional growth to associates.

Gudalur will report to Jeya Kumar, CEO of MphasiS.

In his earlier stint Gudalur was with Cognizant as head of BPO. He brings with him over two decade of experience in BPO and KPO services, financial services and credit cards banking.

He was also worked with GE, SRF Group, GENPACT, TCS BPO and ICICI OneSource.
