Ramco to raise Rs 75 cr

NEW DELHI: Chennai-based Ramco Systems, a technology service provider, has informed that it would raise fresh capital to the tune of Rs 75 crore for future expansion programs.






The company's board of directors has approved the raising of fresh capital by issue of equity shares on rights basis for an amount not exceeding Rs 75 crore, said a statement issued to the National Stock Exchange.





Ramco's board has also constituted a committee to decide about the size, timing, basis of offer, premium and other modalities of the proposed rights issue, the statement added.
