Ramco partners with Sigmasoft Consulting to target SMBs

NEW DELHI: Ramco Systems has announced a partnership with Sigmasoft Consulting, an enterprise management solutions provider, to increase its focus on the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment

in India. With this alliance, Sigmasoft will promote Ramco's e-applications, a robust ERP product that will provide SMBs in the manufacturing and pharma sectors with an end-to-end offering that includes software, hardware, implementation and support services.

The Indian SMB market in the year 2003 was estimated at $nine million. Currently the SMB segment in India comprises of over 20,000 companies in India having less than Rs. 200 crore turnover. According to Frost and Sullivan, the Indian SMB market will grow to $31 million by the year 2010.
