Ramco launches new EBM products

CHENNAI, September 8: Ramco Systems has expanded its range of

Enterprise Business Management (EBM) solutions for the financial services

segment with the launch of Ramco Fixed Asset Management System (FAMS) and

Ramco Procurement and Expense Processing System (PEPS). Ramco's EBM

solutions are designed to help financial service companies improve their

operational efficiency through enhanced process integration, control and

analysis capabilities.

The Ramco EBM solutions will comprise the Ramco Procurement and Expense

Processing System (PEPS), the Ramco Fixed Asset Management System (FAMS)

in addition to the existing Ramco Human Resources Management Solution (HRMS).

Ramco Systems Sales Director Banking and Finance Chandramohan Nair

indicated that, Ramco FAMS and Ramco PEPS were competitively priced and

took into account a number of factors such as number of sub-modules

required, number of users, locations across which the product was to be

implemented and customer-specific features that may need to be

incorporated.

Ramco FAMS is an automated and integrated system catering to

requirements related to fixed asset procurement, maintenance, monitoring

and disposal in addition to financial management and tax requirements. It

supports both centralized and decentralized management of fixed assets.

Ramco PEPS supports the entire procurement and expense processing life

cycle. This includes support for stock items such as security forms as

well as expensed items such as consumables and services, vendor payables

tracking, vendor analysis, budget definition of expense items and the

multi-dimension analysis of budgeted and actual expenses.
