Ramco grabs HCM order from Landmark

CHENNAI, INDIA: Ramco Systems today said that it has won an order to deploy Human Capital Management (HCM) solution for retail company Landmark Group, India.

The company’s India operations selected Ramco’s Enterprise HCM solution comprising of workforce management, staffing, attendance management, employee development, compensation & benefits and planning (salary, manpower, career & succession planning) to meet its strategic needs.

The solution would also include employee self service, security and productivity tools.

Landmark Group company includes Lifestyle Stores, SPAR, City Max Hotels etc.
