Rajus corporatize Satyam shareholding

HYDERABAD: Promoters of Satyam Computer Services today announced corporatization of their shareholding in the company.

There is no change in the effective shareholding of the core promoters in Satyam Computer Services as a result of this structuring, Satyam said in a statement. This structuring has been undertaken in an effort to corporatize existing shareholding of the core promoters.

In this structuring, entire 8.5 per cent shareholding held by B Rama Raju, B Ramalinga Raju, B Nandini Raju, B Radha Raju, in their individual capacities, has been transferred to a holding company controlled by them. This transfer was executed through a block trade over the stock exchanges.

Satyam Computer Services and the promoters of Satyam Computer Services shall be making all requisite filings with the stock exchanges as per exchange regulations.
