Raj Aji joins Tejas Networks

BANGALORE, INDIA: Tejas Networks today announced the appointment of Raj Aji as vice president – Corporate Development and General Counsel.

Aji will play a key role in enabling Tejas its next phase of market expansion. “I am excited to be working with an experienced management team and delivering value to Tejas’ global customers and shareholders,” Aji said.

“Raj brings in immense experience in deal structuring, forging strategic alliances along with a very rich international experience in private and public capital markets. He will play a key role in scaling the company as we build on our success in India and become a strong global company,” said Rangu Salgame, president, Tejas Networks.

In his earlier stint Aji was with Cisco Systems as the director - Global Projects in the Middle-East. He had also worked as lead counsel for Cisco’s operations in India and in San Jose, California.
