“If 3G and Wimax services start in India, then we can have up to 40 per cent increase in our revenue. If not, then we will continue to grow at 20 per cent, ” said Jayant Deo, president, RAD India.

For the last five years, the company has been registering an average growth of 20 per cent.

RAD India expects that most of the growth of the company will come from service providers and at the same time it will focus on Indian enterprises to push the growth further.

“At one side we are seeing that telecom operators are expanding their infrastructure in India and simultaneously there is parallel growth happening in infrastructures like airport, railways and utility companies. Enterprises are spending significantly to enhance their connectivity, ” said Deo.

RAD Data has recently announced a partnership with Bharti Teletech, GoIP Global Services and Nirmal Datacom. It already had MRO-Tek as its channel partner.

Explaining the reason for this new partnership, Deo said, “The growth that we are expecting in the future will demand large distribution network for our products and this is the reason for us to enter into new partnerships with established players in India.”

RAD Data Communications has over 20 international offices worldwide including RAD India. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of RAD, it caters to the Indian market, as well as to neighboring countries.
