QuickPlay premium mobile TV service

ORLANDO, USA: QuickPlay Media, the premier provider of solutions that manage the business of mobile video, today announced that its PrimeTime2Go premium mobile TV service is now available in the U.S. for the BlackBerry Bold and BlackBerry Curve  8900 smartphones.

Consumers interested in PrimeTime2Go can download the application on BlackBerry App World from their BlackBerry smartphone where they can browse the “Music and Video” category to download the service and immediately begin browsing the extensive catalog of content. Affordably priced at $7.99/month, PrimeTime2Go features an extensive catalog of content and full-length episodes of some of today’s most popular entertainment and news programs, including:

Following the download of any selected program, which occurs in the background over Wi-Fi networks, subscribers will be able to watch their selection anytime and anywhere until the pre-determined viewing period expires. To enhance the experience, PrimeTime2Go includes several key features:

My Series: Enables consumers to select their favorite TV series and have new episodes automatically downloaded to their device soon after the original air date.

Pause and Resume: Allows consumers to pause a program, exit the application and then resume viewing from where they left off upon re-entering the service.

PrimeTime2Go is available now in the "Music & Video" category (or search for it by name) on BlackBerry App World for U.S. customers with the BlackBerry Bold or BlackBerry Curve 8900 smartphones, which are currently available to AT&T and T-Mobile customers respectively. The service is available as a $7.99 monthly subscription via PayPal.
