( ODC ) deriving optimal benefit of its technical and business capabilities to keep Client’s overheads to the minimum. The diversified service requirements included application development, implementation and customization, maintenance, re-engineering legacy applications, database administration, system administration and 24x7 support. The project is a part of a five-year contract as Offshore Software Service Partner awarded to it by a USA based insurance company. The client is the tenth largest life insurance provider in the US.
The client and its subsidiaries protect individuals, businesses and their employees with life, disability, health and dental insurance products, and offer
401( k ), mutual fund and annuity investment products, and trust services. Qualsoft will help Client to design the critical business solutions, implement and support them during the contract period. Training and maintenance will also be a part of the contract.
Qualsoft will provide the software applications development in various areas of insurance operations. It includes:
- Agency Management
- Claims Processing
- Policy Administration
- Underwriting
- Customer Relationship Management
Qualsoft will also take the responsibility to develop and implement various software like Sales Force Automation for Insurance, Customer Relationship Management for Insurance, Claim Management Application, Insurance Intranet Portal, Insurance Policy Management System, Insurance Billing Management system and Document Management System for Insurance.
The contract is aimed at helping the client to reduce its efforts on Internal Software Development and will allow it to focus more on core business. The process of contract involves rigorous credential testing of various software development firms all across the world. Qualsoft has proven itself on various criteria like project management practices, ability to support for a long term, process management and technical competency.
