QlikTech announces support for HP Neoview

BANGALORE, INDIA: QlikTech, a provider in Business Intelligence software, today announced the immediate availability of QlikView support for HP Neoview, an enterprise data warehouse platform.

The joint offering enables customers with large data volumes to easily visualize and analyze all of their data for better and faster decision making said a press release.

QlikTech’s business analysis solution, QlikView, gives people the information they need to make optimal decisions today at a fraction of the cost of traditional BI software, it added.

“In today’s challenging economy, companies need to give business users tools that help them analyze current conditions to make optimal decisions immediately and on their own,” said Peter McQuade, vice president of alliances at QlikTech.

“The pairing of QlikView associative analysis and HP’s Neoview platform provides the opportunity for organizations with enormous data volumes to offer analysis and information broadly, allowing everyone the visibility they need to contribute to the success of the enterprise,” he added.

Both QlikView and HP Neoview have the capabilities to handle substantial amounts of data, and can accommodate large numbers of users, providing a powerful platform for conducting detailed visual analysis and reporting, said the release.

“We are happy that HP customers now have the choice of using QlikTech’ s in-memory analysis solution with our enterprise data warehouse offering, HP Neoview, to meet their business intelligence needs. The combination of HP Neoview and QlikView enables enterprises with large data sets to optimize their decision making,” said Carl DCosta, senior director of alliances, HP.

In only a few days, QlikView applications can be deployed on top of HP Neoview. Once a customer has installed HP Neoview, users can instantly visualize their data and work with applications in minutes the release added.
