When the country went into a sudden lockdown in 2020, like all businesses, it affected us adversely, too. However, since then, we have developed tools specifically to support remote work; tools like remote screen tracking, touchless attendance from anywhere, Remote task management, 1:1 Meetings, Regular check-ins etc. Thus, we have already grown by 150% during this period.

What has 2020 changed for you? How are things now? What are your growth priorities for 2021?

Amidst this new normal, the proper functioning, monitoring and coordination with a distributed workforce became very difficult for all organizations and was not possible without apt technology in place. Industries realised the same and the demand for HR Tech saw around a 30% hike. As the remote work culture continues, the same is reflecting in our books.
