Explaining the rationale for setting up the eSchool, QAI India CEO Navyug Mohnot said, “We are basically a consulting firm in the area of operational excellence in IT and BPO. Over all these years, the consulting practice created a lot of knowledge, which the training people could use. We wanted to take all the IP and best practices and stream it into the desktops of people around the world. From the QAI business model point of view, as we were a services company, we wanted to move to a business model with more productized knowledge. Idea was to create not just content but e-school, where people, not just corporate could enroll for their 24x7 learning.”

The company already has customers like HP, HCL Tech and Wipro for its e-learning courses.

Its licensing model is in two modes — retail and corporate. For big corporate, QAI would put its content on their intranet and smaller groups can log on to the company's servers to access the content. The company is first targeting the corporate customers and then the retail ones.

Each modules is around eight- nine hours and the students can choose which all modules to take.

On successful completion of an eSchool course from “The QAI & Dr. Pressman Series”, the learner would get a Certificate Of Completion from QAI and Dr. Pressman. The eSchool courses will be linked to various certification paths such as CSQA, PMI, etc. This would enable learners to design their learning paths in accordance with their certification needs.
