Pune realtor gets IBM support

BANGALORE, INDIA: Pune-based Marvel Realtors and IBM today announced the completion of phase one of a process improvement initiative at Marvel Realtors through a combination of new process design, automation and integration of processes using new technologies.

As the consulting partner, IBM conducted ‘Process Diagnostics’ and ‘Voice of Customer Study’ whose findings were leveraged for the SAP implementation, said a press release.

In addition, IBM redesigned the organization structure, CRM processes, and performance management system for Marvel Group.

This enterprise-wide transformation initiative will help improve the efficiency of business processes through standardization and creation of a seamless integrated ecosystem of projects, logistics and finance functions.

Under the two contracts signed in April and September this year, the integration will be enabled by IBM’s all-in-one solution for Real Estate certified by SAP.
