To put the grievances of the industries to govt. by a common platform IMT Manesar Industrial Welfare Association was formed and registered in 2002 under the founder president Mr. Sarabjit Singh Kalsi and General Secretary Mr. Manoj Tyagi. The president of IMT Industrial welfare association Mr. Sarabjit Singh Kalsi was expired in 2003 by Heart attack. Currently Mr Satish Chand is the president and Mr. Manoj Tyagi is the General Secretary of the association.

The key objective of IMT Maneshwar in the words of its President, Mr. Satish Chand is to address issues of infrastructure, security and safety and enhancement.

IMT Manesar has over 450 members and the association was formed seven years ago. The association conducts regular meetings and takes up the relevant issues. The other fundamental issues addressed by this association are road, electricity and water.
