Priyanka Chopra launches her official website

MUMBAI, INDIA: Former Miss World and National Award winning Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra launched her official website recently.

The actress and much sought after brand ambassador, is already active on social networking platforms like Twitter and Facebook.

The new site, www.iampriyankachopra.com, has various interactive elements that will allow her fans to connect with her one-on-one, said a press release on Sunday. It will also become a one-stop destination for all authentic news, photos and videos of Priyanka Chopra, it claimed.

Unveiling the first look of her website, Priyanka said, “This is a very exciting moment for me. I have worked very closely with the team over the past year in creating my website. I wanted it to reflect who I am as a person and also, very importantly, be interactive, giving me a chance to share and exchange thoughts, ideas and much more with my fans.”

She said the content will change on a regular basis and there are many exclusive videos, photos and the like that would be made available on the website.

As is the case of many Indian celebrities, Priyanka too has a huge number of followers on social networking platforms. While she has more than 5.5 lakh followers on Twitter, there are over 4.6 people who follow the actress on Facebook.
