Printing costs down 40 pc, uptime 95 pc at a law firm

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Anand and Anand, a Law firm in India has successfully contracted its entire printing and scanning requirements to Canon by embracing Canon Managed Document Services (MDS).

Canon, as per an announcement, has provided end-to-end printing solutions to Anand and Anand across their Noida and Chennai offices, and the engagement has helped the company streamline its printing infrastructure and enhance its processes in both the locations.

Anand and Anand were facing a challenge in consolidating its printing infrastructure and since they deal with sensitive client information, they wanted a solution which is secure and hassle-free. After analysing their requirements and keeping in mind their nature of business, Canon suggested Managed Document Services (MDS), a flexible and cost effective model. Anand and Anand's aim of achieving standardization across offices was achieved with the support of Canon providing them accessibility to monitor and track company's print environment and usage on Real-time basis.

It is further shared that Canon's Managed Document Services model also relieved the IT team of Anand and Anand to look at larger business requirements, be more productive and leave the printing needs to Canon.
