Prashant Thakur joins Vakrangee Limited as SVP, Head

Prashant Thakur has joined Vakrangee Limited as SVP, Head -Technology and Digital transformation of the company. He will be responsible to manage the technology stack, automation, tech operations and digitization of key businesses in the organization to meet business goals. He brings expertise in developing IT strategy, Digital Transformation, AI engineering, Process Optimization & Operations.

He joins from HDFC Life, where he was responsible for managing technology related to digital servicing and automation. He brings 17 years of experience across CXO advisory consulting and industry leadership across multiple verticals including BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharma, Utilities, Retail and Media and across geographies covering Australia, Asia, Europe and Americas.

He has worked with tech and consulting companies like Jio, EY, KPMG, Wipro, Capgemini and Siemens in his previous stint.

Prashant holds BE from Mumbai University, MBA from Welingkar and currently pursuing a Doctorate from S P Jain School of Global Management.

Vakrangee Limited is a technology company based in Mumbai, India that provides banking, insurance, e-governance, e-commerce, and logistics services. The company is one of the main providers of software and equipment for voter id cards and Aadhaar cards.
