full-scale operations in India and also acquired



Webshastra
with the aim to consolidate its presence in India.






Position2 acquired Webshastra, Internet marketing services provider in India,
including its proprietary real-time web content and ad serving tracking tools,

skilled manpower, large client base and infrastructure.






Globally, Position2 offers a whole range of Search Engine Management (SEM)
services including Pay Per Click Management (PPC), a result oriented search

advertising that includes Keyword generation, advertisement creatives, bid and

landing page optimization, website analytics and CRM integration; and search

engine optimization compliance (SEO).






The company also offers real time tracking and analysis of web traffic and
enables web linking of content with related blogs and websites to control, track

and optimize Internet marketing campaigns across multiple portals.
