enactments like the SEBI Act 1992 and the Company Secretaries Act 1980 among
others. It gives a compendium of the decisions of various company courts as well
as the CLB. It also offers a guide with updated source materials relating to
legal and procedural requirements of a company through all its functional stages
including its formation.
Matters will be updated daily with free access to information related to
Companies Act and users will be kept abreast of the changing economic scenario
through circulars, notifications and releases from the Central Govt., RBI and
SEBI. An elaborate FAQ’s section covering more than 1000 queries accompany the
access to the Companies Act. There are addresses available of Regional
Directors, Registrars of Companies and the Company Board Law among others with
information on the fees. Statutory forms can be downloaded with specimens of
notices, resolution, and petition that add to the utility of the site.
An online help section aids and answers queries put up by a registered user.
A non-corporate subscriber pays a yearly subscription of about Rs. 1500 while a
corporate user pays around Rs 3000/-. "It has become a necessity to have
such information at hand. We will keep adding judicial interpretations with both
