Features: Plustek Inc., a professional imaging devices manufacturer, has announced the availability of its OptiSlim M12 and OptiSlim M12 Plus mobile sheet-fed color scanners for laptop users in India.






According to the company, the OpticSlim M12 and OpticSlim M12 Plus are compact and can fit neatly on a desktop and can be packed in a briefcase or alongside a laptop. They are power-cord free and use a USB interface for power and communication with the computer.





The scanners offer a 600-dpi optical resolution with advanced 48-bit color depth. The scanners have an on-board self-feeding motor that propels pages through at a respectable scanning speed of three-pages-per-minute. They have only two action buttons-Scan and Custom.





With the OpticSlim M12 Plus, users can convert all scanned files to PDF on the move besides merging the scans on to a single file or separate sheet through a very simple process. It does not require any extra PDF software and costs less than Adobe Acrobat.





The scanner also provides scan to email, copy and custom option.
