Pitney Bowes named leader in Gartner’s 2013 magic quadrant

BANGALORE, INDIA: Pitney Bowes, Inc. today announced that technology research firm Gartner has named the company a market leader in the first publishing of Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Customer Communications Management (CCM) Software. Pitney Bowes is one of only four vendors placed in the Leaders quadrant for its EngageOne Communication Suite out of a field of 15 technology providers in the space.

According to Gartner, CCM software enables organizations to create, personalize and deliver communications to customers more effectively via any output channel. Prospective buyers should use this Magic Quadrant - Gartner's first on this topic - as a starting point when shortlisting providers.
