Pitney Bowes intros Integrated doc printing soln

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Pitney Bowes India, a provider of integrated mail and document management systems, services and solutions, on Friday announced the launch of an In-House Mailstream solution with a printer and post printer solution embedded together in one platform.

The Integrated Document Printing (IDP) solution help Banks, Financial Services, Insurance, Real Estate and Hospitals to process their confidential documents or mail pieces like high net worth customers with speed, accuracy and integrity without any human interference there by maintaining utmost security on their data base, said a press release.

Cost Savings and Color Printing: Together for SMBs 

The IDP can churn out prints up to 62 pages per minute with automatic folding, selective inserts as per the customer profile, and sealing of the document and can generate MIS reports to track mail piece. That will serve as one stop solution for verticals dealing in large volumes of mailers, invoices, statements, purchase orders and announcements with almost no fear of data counterfeiting.

“IDP is taking us a step closer to delivering integrated CCM capability in Indian market while making the process seamless. It’s truly a data to mail piece solution all in one compact console,” said K.M. Nanaiah, MD, Pitney Bowes India.

The company further claimed that IDP ensures that the mailers inserted in the envelope are of the same person for which it is being dispatched. It manages the entire workflow of document from composition to printing to folding, inserting, and dispatching by enhancing data integrity and privacy.

IDP reduces the need of outsourcing and brings control and security over the critical data in-house, claimed the company.
