Pfizer to deploy MetricStream solution

BANGALORE: Pfizer has selected MetricStream's data gathering, document management and closed loop corrective action handling system for use in its safety and risk management group.

The Pfizer solution includes MetricStream's Enterprise Compliance Platform as well as its Document Management System and Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) modules.

According to Shellye Archambeau, CEO of MetricStream, "To ensure a successful implementation, we have entered into an alliance with Intrasphere Technologies and Invensys Validation Technologies, two of the pharmaceutical industry's services firms."
