Perot inks agreement with ChinaSoft

BANGALORE, INDIA: Perot Systems Corporation and ChinaSoft International, an information technology outsourcing service and software company, today announced an agreement to jointly develop mutually beneficial opportunities in the Chinese Healthcare market.

Chuck Lyles, president of Perot Systems' Healthcare industry group, said, "Perot Systems is excited about the opportunity to take our broad Healthcare IT expertise into the international marketplace, and our intent is to deepen our relationship with ChinaSoft in order to evaluate and pursue opportunities that are available in China."
