PeopleSoft launches ELM 8.8

BANGALORE: PeopleSoft has rolled out its Enterprise Learning Management (ELM)8.8 in all its markets, including India. The new solution enables organizations to move the learning management process online, allowing them to deliver and promote learning to their workforce, customers, suppliers, and partners.

Part of PeopleSoft's Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, ELM integrates learning into critical business processes.

The ELM solution is pre-integrated with PeopleSoft HRMS and can be integrated with legacy or third-party system. Organizations can now anticipate learning needs within and beyond the enterprise, and make appropriate recommendations. For example, when competency gaps are identified during the performance review process, the learning system would automatically recommend relevant learning to individuals that will help close competency gaps.
