PeopleSoft develops new HR solution

BANGALORE: According to a media release, by giving HR professionals a complete 360-degree view of every employee's case history and HR data, employee HR issues are responded to and managed quickly. Employees can either self service their query, drawing upon the aggregated HR knowledge base, or be connected immediately to the right HR professional to resolve their 'case'.



"PeopleSoft is enabling organisations to approach their employees as they would their customers - to resolve their issues and service their needs through the most efficient and user friendly solution," said, PeopleSoft HRMS Product Strategy Manager Asia Pacific Marc Dalmulder.






"With PeopleSoft HelpDesk for Human Resources we're freeing HR professionals from responding to queries that can be easily facilitated through self-service, empowering employees and arming the organisations with a wealth of knowledge about their workforce."



With PeopleSoft HelpDesk for HR, operational costs are reduced, since the resolution of employees' enquiries is quick and efficient. Employee satisfaction is raised as the workforce's needs are responded to more efficiently.



"As organizations look to provide their HR services more effectively and increase workforce satisfaction, they will need to leverage solutions that combine CRM help desk and HRMS technology seamlessly with self-service to deliver the optimal worker experience," said, Gartner Group research director of Human Resource Management, Jim Holincheck. PeopleSoft HelpDesk for Human Resources is expected to be available early next year.
