Pentasoft peps up its overseas presence

CHENNAI: Pentafour Communications Ltd will be opening a training center in London for conducting IBM and Microsoft certified courses. The company has 90 centers across the world. These centers have contributed 40 per cent of the total turnover of Rs 25.57 crore for the second quarter of the current fiscal. This has represented a growth of 75 per cent, out of which 61 per cent has come from exports. The company has also established centres in Malaysia, Singapore and USA for offering training in the areas of e-business, Internet and Java.

The Malaysian centre would offer Object Oriented Analysis and Design, and e-commerce related courses. This would be facilitated by working with the Multimedia University located at the Multimedia Super Corridor by conducting courses related to high-end Multimedia and working on computer-based training projects. At Singapore, an exclusive training centre has been formed to address the areas of CAD, GIS and e-business solutions. Programs like AS/400, Internet and Java are already been offered at this center. In US, the company has tied-up with Mount Sierra College located at Southern California to focus on computer languages and software training and distance education.
