Pentafour going in for a name change

The Chennai-based Pentafour Software & Exports will be going in for a name change. The company had already sought shareholders approval at its recently held

AGM. Consultants have suggested a few names, and a final decision is expected soon.

Pentafour Products, claims to have tied-up funds abroad and also through a preferential issue to offer an one time settlement to its debtors. Once the funds come in, the company will make a one time settlement with its debtors and become a zero debt company. It has already obtained permission for an external commercial borrowing and a preferential offer.
