Pegasystems strengthens ties with Wipro

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Pegasystems Inc., Business Process Management (BPM) software solutions, and Wipro Technologies, the global IT services business of Wipro Limited, today announced an expanded global strategic alliance to provide BPM solutions and services to worldwide clients.

The Pegasystems-Wipro alliance would focus on developing agile and innovative business solutions worldwide, across a varied range of industry verticals. These solutions help clients improve customer retention through differentiated customer experience and enable clients to achieve productivity improvements of 30-40 per cent, said a press release.

Pegasystems’ patented Build for Change technology provides agile, configurable business platforms.

Through this, Wipro clients will be able to better adapt to ever changing business needs. Pegasystems’ industry specific framework solutions, a library of industry solution accelerators for rapid success in BPM deployments, will complement BPM services from Wipro for the customer service, financial services, insurance, and healthcare industries.

Pegasystems and Wipro would provide full BPM project management, including consulting and delivery resources, full training and enablement, and support for establishing client BPM Centers of Excellence (COEs).
