PeerMe launches Internet voice communication solutions

NEW DELHI: PeerMe, Inc., a peer-to-peer voice communications technology company focused on voice enabling the Internet, has announced launched two solutions in Internet voice communications - PeerMe Voice Tags and PeerMe Everywhere.

PeerMe Voice Tags allows Internet users to Voice Tag their website or blog while PeerMe Everywhere offers choice to Internet portal by voice enabling their user base.

Outlining the USP of the offerings, PeerMe Inc. founder and CEO Tom Laster said, “With PeerMe Voice Tags Internet users (individuals and companies) can attach choice tag — even tag it with keywords - anywhere on the Internet including websites, blogs or even signature line of emails. Other Internet users or the recipients of these voice tags can instantly talk to the creator of the voice tag by clicking on PeerMe Voice Tag. PeerMe Everywhere offers an automated turnkey solution for Internet portals to voice enable their user base faster and cost effectively.”

The company is offering PeerMe Voice Tags functionality for free, while PeerMe Everywhere is free for portal with less than 1,000 users. With portal having more than 1,000 and less than 10 million users, the company charges a nominal fee for PeerMe Everywhere.
