PCS launches sub 20K PCs

BANGALORE: PCS Technology has announced the launch of its 'Oriion' range of desktops aimed at the B and C class cities. Priced at Rs 19,900, the new 'Oriion' range of PCs has Intel's new generation P4 processor and 1 MB cache memory. These desktops come in trendy silver color with branded Altec Lansing speakers.






Speaking on this occasion, PCS Technology marketing corporate VP Yash Bharadwaj said, "PCs are source of education as well as entertainment. Our main aim is to offer the latest PC technology to the general masses at an affordable price. Earlier sub 20 K and sub 15 K PCs in the Celeron range found limited acceptability in the market as consumers were looking for P4 based solution. We at PCS have kept this market feedback in mind while launching the new 'Oriion' range. This quarter we are targeting to sell about 20,000 units in this segment."
