PC Jeweller polishes up connectivity with Polycom

BANGALORE, INDIA: Polycom, Inc. today announced that one of India's leading jewellery retailers, PC Jeweller (PCJ) has selected Polycom video collaboration solutions to enable seamless connectivity between 45 store locations, as well as design and management sites across the country. The high definition audio and video technology has enabled the company to speed up critical decision-making, serve customers better, and improve team meeting experiences throughout the company.

PC Jeweller engages in the manufacture, export, wholesale, and retail of gold and diamond jewellery and has several large, standalone stores at high street locations across India. The company has showrooms located across 37 cities in 15 states, including Guwahati, Jammu, Noida, Gurgaon and Bengaluru. With several teams spread across multiple sites, including most in remote locations, collaborating on product design, inspection, and stock-related issues is an essential part of the daily business operations for the company.
