BENGALURU, INDIA: Paytm, one of the popular mobile wallet companies, has been unable to address customer complaints on Facebook.
The reason—spammers have defaced the company's FB page.
We bring you screenshots of the company's " target="_blank">Facebook page which is overflowing with complaints from users, and the spams inserted by the phishers, which is adding to customer grievances.
The phishing attack could provide costly to the mobile wallet company if a security solution is not added soon and the services are restored to normalcy. The reason being consumers have taken to the social media, especially Facebook to voice their grievances against the vendors. As a result, the vendors too employee dedicated social media marketing specialists to thwart untoward incidents.
With soaring competition and challenges growing everyday, it is critical how a company acquires and more importantly retains a customer and builds a stronger relationship.
