Being knowledge-based company, preservation and management of intellectual capital is extremely critical for Patni. Our KM program ensures value creation for our customers by helping deliver projects that meet or exceeds customer's expectation on quality, price and schedule."

Patni's central knowledge management repository called the Knowledge Center (KC) provides the technology infrastructure and processes that enable teams to share their knowledge and project learning. KM specific roles within each business unit and a well-defined reward scheme help support a strong knowledge sharing culture at project, business unit and organizational levels. Collaboration using KC transcends geographic boundaries, helping us execute offshore projects faster and better.
