MONROVIA, USA: Parasoft Corporation, provider of automated solutions and infrastructure services that improve software quality and the development process has announced the availability of integrated manual testing into software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Parasoft’s solution delivers a 360-degree view of manual test and verification efforts by automatically correlating the manual test to requirements, code, tasks, development owner, QA owner, build, and artifacts. With these correlations in place, the automated workflow then notifies the appropriate parties when action is needed. This significantly reduces the need for manual updates and manual reporting, driving greater team productivity said a press release.
“Traditionally, we observe clients spending a significant amount of time documenting an error or chasing down the correct resource to fix an error” said Wayne Ariola, vice president of Strategy for Parasoft Corporation.

"Parasoft’s manual testing solution allows organizations to bypass these unproductive steps by integrating manual testing into the entire software development process. There is no downtime: everyone is working from the same resource that is easily retrieved, reviewed, and repeated," added Ariola.
With Parasoft manual testing, organizations can execute change-based testing, requirements-based testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) (for organizations exploring agile development or more iterative development methodologies), added the release.
