BHOPAL: Physical disability cannot be a hurdle in the success of those with the strength of mind.

AP Rajshekhar, a local youth has proved this beyond doubt as he has beaten all physical odds to come up shining in the academic field, topping the PG Diploma in Advanced Computing (PGDAC) examination conducted by the C-DAC's Advanced Computing Training School, Hyderabad.

Rajshekhar is a paraplegic - paralytic in the lower part of the body - and totally bound to a wheel chair. But this 23-year old youth has never let his debility come in the way of his soaring academic graph and he has finally attained the top position in the field of software. For this wonderful performance, ACTS, Hyderabad has also selected him as the best student. Rajshekhar secured 81 per cent marks in the examination.

Rajshekhar did his B. Sc. (Hons.) in computing from the Institute of Excellence in Higher Education and came out with flying color, scoring 72 per cent marks. Presently working with C-DAC, Hyderabad, and involved in web-based R&D, he aims to learn cutting-edge technologies and various technical aspects related to it.
