Panasonic opts for NextLinx's Trade Collaborator solution

BANGALORE: NextLinx Corporation Inc., provider of global trade management

solutions, recently announced that it would supply Panasonic Logistics Company

of America with Trade Collaborator, a fully integrated import compliance and

logistics solution designed to automate information flow from factory to end

user.

NextLinx's solution, partly developed at NextLinx India, will streamline

Panasonic's inbound shipments, reduce logistics fees, lower inventory carrying

costs and support Panasonic's future growth. NextLinx's Trade Collaborator

solution would integrate with Panasonic's SAP ERP system to automate and

accelerate transactions, giving its managers technology to maximize resources.

Panasonic's customs brokers would also have visibility into the new system

facilitating the communication of key data to maximize the collaborative trade

environment.

NextLinx India is a wholly owned subsidiary of NextLinx Corporation and

undertakes development work for NextLinx products and client projects. NextLinx

Corporation, USA, is headquartered in Rockville, Maryland.

NextLinx's main productline is the Trade Collaborator, a multi-faceted

software suite consisting of Trade Import, Trade Export, Trade Fusion and Trade

Agreement software. NextLinx’s customers include ABN AMRO, FedEx, UPS, Cisco

Systems, 3Com, Fairchild Semiconductor, Rockwell Automation, Sotheby's, ShipChem

and Boeing among others.
