Panasonic launches 24 x 7 call center

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Panasonic Corporation, a provider of innovation and technology, today announced the launch of  a 24X7 Call Center for its consumers all across India.


The company has established a market leader presence in the country, with innovative technologies that provide solutions for everyday life.

As part of its client commitment, Panasonic now upgrades its customer support system offering back-up service and technical assistance round the clock, said a press release.

Manish Sharma, director, Marketing, Panasonic India elucidates, “Panasonic will be one of the few companies in the consumer durable segment to create such a service for its customers, on a Pan-India basis. This is part of our initiative to ensure that our agile customer centric approach is available at all times.”


He added that the customer support line will be available to consumers at any time off the day, and will be geared to provide solutions across the board for product categories from home appliances, industrial components, digital and professional audio-visuals, business solutions, car components and health and beauty appliances.

The customer support line takes into account India’s rich diversity and is extremely user friendly. It can be accessed in Ten National and Regional languages, namely English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi, Kannada and Malayalam, the release added.
