The company in its developer network blog announced that it would be making the SDK available to everyone by end of this summer.

The blog said, “We’ve been working very hard on the SDK and are eager to open access on a wider scale, but the software and the developer services to support it just aren’t ready yet.”

Shortly the company will expand its resources and allow early access programs. It would also begin publishing more content outside the early access program.

The blog also said that the company is focused on building easy to use Mojo SDK to benefit the developers, end users, carriers and Palm alike.

Palm also plans to launch a new set of confidentiality rules, which would allow the Mojo developers to communicate freely with the world.

But still its not open in allowing them go beyond their formal boundaries.

“As on any popular platform, we recognize that some developers will experiment in ways that cross official boundaries, but we believe that our formal offerings – and community efforts built around those offerings – will provide the best experience for the vast majority of webOS developers and users,” added the blog.
