SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: MindTree Ltd has announced expansion of its service offerings for the retail market in Australia, and introduced new Multi-Channel Commerce Solutions.

It says these are designed to help retailers adopt a more customer-centric strategy, and the offerings synchronize the critical operations, customer information and management systems of online and in-store shopping venues so that consumers can realize a seamless, channel-agnostic purchasing experience.

The MindTree Multi-Channel Commerce Solutions leverage the company's multi-channel commerce framework and its e-commerce implementation expertise to significantly reduce development time and effort, and improve time to market. With multi-channel commerce capabilities, retailers are able to enhance the customer experience and focus on order fulfillment of both online and in-store shoppers.
