Oracle would support Arvind by extending a scalable platform to manage its retail processes from supply chain to stores.

They would deploy together in the expansion of centralized distribution center and regional distribution center all over India. This deployment is expected to raise the inventory returns, customer services, sales figure and enables to maintain systematic efficient data.

“Upon evaluating the retail software market, we identified that the best practices embedded in Oracle Retail applications will help us in many ways, including creating a product mix based on our customers’ buying patterns and forecasting customer behavior based on historical data,” said J Suresh, chief executive officer, Arvind Brands and Retail.
