Follow UsSINGAPORE: Ness Technologies, Inc., a provider of IT solutions and services, today announced that its Singapore subsidiary, Ness Global Services has been awarded the Oracle Accelerate Partner of the Year FY’09 in the Applications Mid Market (Accelerate) category.
The award was presented at the Oracle Partner Network Day, a partner award ceremony held by Oracle Singapore.
This award underlines the significant role of Ness Technologies in partnering with Oracle to address the needs and requirements of mid market segment in the Singapore market, said a press release.
According to Satyajit Bandyopadhyay, president, Ness Technologies India and APAC, “This award is a reflection of the close cooperation between Oracle Singapore and Ness Technologies and is a result of significant investments made by both organizations to address the mid market segment for application products.”
He added that the award also gives us an opportunity to build on their joint successes of last year and approach the market more aggressively to capture larger share of the applications market in Singapore
Bandyopadhyay further said, “The future growth of ERP business is projected to be from the mid market segment and Ness Global Services Singapore is well positioned to take advantage of that with cost effective and high quality delivery. This award recognizes the strength of Ness Global Services Singapore in quality delivery of solutions and services around Oracle application product sets in mid market segment.”
Ness Technologies has made significant investments in training and certification of its consultants in Oracle Business Accelerator (OBA) tools and methodology.
Oracle has globally invested heavily in creation, promotion and enablement of partners in OBA based approach through online infrastructure, OBA methodology as well as demand generation activities with certified partners, said the release.
